Level 4 day 2,man what a difference 1 level makes.I did the entire workout had a hard time with the pushups the last set but got it out with my wifes encouagement.
Also did a 8 mile run this morning at my theshold pace, 6:50a mile.The run felt easy.
p.s. only been doing this program 3 weeks and can already see a difference in my chest
