Super excited about my effort today. My times improved as I went through the workout too.

L5D2 - two minute rests
R1 - 1:19
R2 - 1:10
R3 - 1:10
R4 - 1:03
R5- :58

Total improvement of 1 min 23 seconds.

Way to bust out 31 push-ups right after killing your arms with 26 pull-ups!

Thanks. I stopped myself on my first set of push-ups and pull-ups so I wouldn't go quite to failure. Although I think I would have failed at 32 or 33 on the push-ups.
