Thanks for the kind words KTG! I decided to use simplefit to help prepare me for a couple of big game hunts this fall. I hate to run so thought this would be better for all around endurance and functional strength, so far so good! Here's my results for level 6 1st time through:
Level 6 Day 1: 20 rounds
Level 6 day 2: no time, just did the 5 rounds with 2 minutes rest between rounds
Level 6 day 3: 8:53
Got a ways to go on level 6.
