Pretty much been continuing this 2 days on 1 day off. On cold days I'll just play a few hours of dance dance revolution.

Once it warms up I'm going to pack a cooler with a chicken salad and some fruit and go over to the park to do the routines, walk and prolly do the routines some more.

I've been slacking. It got cold here and my dance dance revolution pad is busted. I ordered a couple new ones so I have a spare, but yea snow in April, Easter feast and broken DDR pad are making for a very slow week.

Go Sith, go!!! YAY! I have never revolted by dancing. I'm scared to try. I bet it's a good workout. I'd fall on my face.
.... but I like the music... ;)

Holy crap. So back at the end of April 3 things happen which pretty much ruined my progress.
1) I got a new job 2 hours away.
2) Summer classes started.
3) I moved with 1 day notice.

This all happened in the same week. After moving I pretty much ate out all the time because I was on the train 5 hours a day, working 8 and at class 3 hours. if you add this up, it leaves time for a healthy amount of sleep and thats it.

Anyway, back at it starting right now. Still plan on trying to be a Spartan for Halloween, but its going to be tough.

Also, there used to be a link titled something like 'what 18 months of persistant training can do' or something like that. Anyone know where it went?

Must have been here before me. Send a PM to Kevin (admin).
None-the-less, I'm trying for a Spartan in March, though I think you will pull it off better :)
