Wow, I've been doing bodyweight exercises for about 6 months now, and I've been contemplating doing this routine for about 2 weeks. I thought it might be too easy. I was wrong! I decided to start with L3D3 today since it's Friday. I made it in 3 min. 36 sec. and it kicked my butt. Pull ups were: 9, 4, 3. Push ups were: 20, 5, 5, 3. Squats were: 33. I think I will stick with this routine for a while. I really like being able to see all of the effort Kevin put into this site. People tend to throw things together so quickly nowadays that it's hard to find someone who actually puts the time and research into something like this. Even though this is my first week on SimpleFit I think I will take an easy week next week and do level 1. It's been a long time since I've had a break and my body is screaming at me.
I'm 22 years old.
I don't want to lose weight, but I would like better endurance and definition. I think this will definitely help. Thanks Everyone!
