Hi all, I am creating this log on behalf of my wife. I am doing this because she hasn't really been motivated in the past to work out, and I am hoping she will have confidence when she looks back on this weeks and months from now and see how far she has come. Hopefully she will take it over soon. She gave birth to our son 7 weeks ago, and on Thursday she began the simplefit program.
Her workout consisted of the level 4 program, a bit modified because she didn't like the 1, 2, 3 approach of level one. She substituted body rows for pull-ups, but I hope she'll be motivated to try assisted negatives soon.
X rounds for 20 minutes:
Body-rows: 5 reps, hopefully she scales this down so she can do more rounds
Push-ups on knees: 10 reps
She didn't think this would work, but the next day she was sore. I'll try to post weight and vitals soon so she can track her progress.
