April 10 I crashed while skiing. My knee hurt worse than anything ever has hurt as long as I can remember. I took the rest of April and first week of May off from SF. I am now back in the groove, although I have lost a good deal of my momentum. I did an easy week on L4 and am now jumping back into L6.
D1. 19 rounds with 20 seconds left to spare.
I made myself some rings out of pipes, 90 degree elbows, and two tow straps. The pull ups/kips are very different than on my bar. I am also letting my 13 year old accompany me in this, he was a gymnast for years and still has some of the remarkable strength those athletes develop.
