Impressive week one times - for ABS remember that pull up work them as well so might make it tricky to do as many as you'd like. I'd say leg raises, crunches and sit ups would be my three go-to an excercises, balance with something for the back such as a few planks. Are you looking for more definitions on your tummy?

Well yes. I'm trying hard for it. Controlled calorie and fat intake and am doing cardios along with ab workouts. I think I'll get there in two months or so. Thanks for stopping by and giving those tips mate.

Apologies for the appalling spelling and grammar, was posting from my phone before! Sounds like you're going about it the right way - good luck!

Tried a new ab routine along with cardio. I did sweat and was finding it real difficult to complete the ab workout. Hope this one works out. Will be trying to do the workout with more composure from the next day on.

Thanks to Dreaming for the support.

Just completed L2D2. Though the last round was a bit challenging, showed no signs of sweating or panting.

Time taken - 5min 39sec
Rest Time - 30 to 45 seconds between rounds.

Hoping that I'll get through the judgement on Friday. Ab routine and cardio to be done tomorrow.

Did the ab routine and cardio. Sweated good and I've got to get rid of that little fat deposition around the belly area to get those abs out. Gonna try hard for it. Tomorrow is the judgement of L2. Hoping that it would go well.

Just finished L2D3.I read that in order to shift to the next level it is required to beat the judgement in 5 minutes. So I did it at the maximum possible speed. My left arm is hurting a bit now and I think its good. Though there's no big difference in my physique now, I really got a feeling that I'm slowly gaining strength. My mission is not to bulk up, but to stay lean and get ripped. Hope it'll happen once I reach level 6 or so. Here's my log for the day.

Push Ups - 26 (20+6)
Pull Ups - 13 (10+3)
Squats - 26 (26)

Time Taken - 3min 52sec

Planning to present my log in a much more pleasing manner from next week on. And thank god that I'm still doing this workout without break. Thanks to all those who advised, helped and motivated me to overcome this level.

A new challenge from Monday on. The journey is still on.

Great job! That is really terrific progress. Visible changes take a long time (I think that is particularly true for us ectomorphs). But they'll come. More important, really, is knowing that you are in great shape and accomplishing things that put you at a level of fitness that very few achieve.

Week 3

L3D1

So the number of pull ups increased from 1 to 2/round and that really killed me. I was finding it difficult to push on to the next round just because my hands were feeling weak because of pull ups, though I could do the push ups with ease. The number of round I completed in 20 minutes decreased considerably from that of Level 2. Hoping that I'll be doing more rounds next week.

Rounds - 23
Time Taken - 19min 56sec

L3D2

Woke up late today and so didn't feel like working out in the morning. Finished L3D2 about 15 minutes back. First two rounds were comparatively slow maybe because of the lack of proper warm up. Gained pace in the remaining rounds. Took rest of about 30-45 seconds between rounds. Sweated really well and I'm glad about that.

Time taken - 4min 58sec

Friday is the judgement for level 3. Hoping that I'll make it to Level 4 in this first attempt.

L3D3

Just finished L3D3. Pull ups were comparatively easier than push ups today, dunno why. Was finding it hard to finish the push ups in good form. Squats were easy as usual. Planning to try jumping squats in the coming rounds. I just made it to level 4 so I think things are getting tougher now. Will have to eat healthy and keep myself in good form to jump over the coming rounds.

Pull Ups - 16 (10+3+3)
Push Ups - 33 (20+5+5+3)
Squats - 33 (33)

Time Taken - 4min 51sec

So its the end of week 3. The journey is still ON.

Week 4

L4D1

Worked out late yesterday and was too lazy to post. The 2 pull ups per round is still holding me from doing more rounds. Pushs Ups and squats are not much of an issue. Did the maximum I could and sweated really well. It doesn't matter even if I don't get over this round this week itself. I'm looking for long term strength gain and shaping up. So I don't mind repeating this round.

Rounds Completed - 24

Great job! It does get hard, and the gains are more incremental. But, that's when you know you are really pushing your limits.
