You know that tender spot right on the tip of your elbow? When you move your arm very quickly and slam that spot on the pointy corner of a countertop, it really, really hurts... for a few days...

Needless to say, I wasn't able to work out last Wed. Then on Fri. my wife comes down with strep throat. Then Mon. we go to the in-laws to spend the day.

Don't worry about little setbacks look at things like progress and weight loss by month.

Well, I've missed working out the last two weeks. Throughout the summer I've had a different work schedule, so I haven't been as consistant as I was in the spring. Hopefully now that I'm back to my regular work schedule, I can be more consistant.

And I'm back. Hand's healed probably 90-100% I think, so started back with the workouts. I decided to start at Level 2 since I was sure I'd be a little out of shape. Ended up doing 32 rounds which is more than when I first started. Didn't lose too much I guess... :D

Did D2 of Level 2 today, but I can't really compare it to when I first started. When I first started I did D2 as fast as I could, and now I try to do the movements slower.

Good news is that my hand hasn't bothered me one bit either Monday or today.

Well got all excited about finally being able to work out again, and I go and get sick.. :x Back and leg aching, dizzy spells, possible fever... It wasn't fun.

Today's better than yesterday though. Depending on how tomorrow goes I might try D2's workout Wed, but I'll also be at a conference so don't know how that'll go.
