Week 9:
L2D1: 27
L2D2: 4 min 10 sec
L2D3: 4 min 23 sec

Surprisingly moving up to level 3! Although i think i'll be on L3 for at least a few weeks! I think chin ups are becoming easier not only b/c of strength & endurance increases, but also because of weight loss.

Nice one dude! I've been eyeing up level 3 and, I'll be honest. It scares me a little.

Thx Howl! Same as you, i cant even imagine what a few higher levels is like! Just remember, that many people (like myself!) struggled thru even L1.

Anyway, Iforgot to post last week... im currently at the end of week 11 so will be posting again soon

Week 10:
L3D1: 19
L3D2: 5:18
L3D3: 6:55

Im predicting a move up after week 12, but we'll see!

So true! The path ahead often looks daunting, especially if you look up a few levels. It is, though, all incremental. Week-to-week it may not feel like much is happening. But, when you stop and look back several months the improvements are huge.

Week 11:
L3D1: 22
L3D2: 6:09
L3D3: 4:55

This week for D2 I did feet-up-on-a-step push ups and did full pull-ups (rather than chin ups). Contrary to my previous post, looks like I'm leveling up! I think im going to transition very soon to full pull-ups... not quite sure if im going to lower my level a notch or not... we'll see!

Week 12:
L4D1: 19
L4D2: 8:13
L4D3: 9:45

I've kind of stopped timing D2s... instead of timing, im trying to incorporate harder movements to further develop strength. For example, this week during D2 i did full pull ups instead of chin ups and i did wide-armed, feet elevated pushups.

D3 was brutal... i had to take pretty long rests to get thru the pullups as currently i can only probably max out a set at 7. Looks like i'll be at L4 for quite some time (nevermind that the next week is a 'rest' week).

Looks solid! My own experience was that the level-ups come very, very slowly at this point. Those kind of intermediate goals for improved form or exercise variations can help provide some added motivation.

Week 13:
L2D1: 29
L2D2: 6:02
L2D3: 4:10

Rest week turned into rest week and half. Been busy so its been hard to fit the 3 workouts within the week. Anyway, as per the program, I stepped down a few levels for the week. However I did do fuller range of motions w/ good form and did make pushups harder again.

Week 15:
L4D1: 24
L4D2: 8:30
L4D3: 6:05

still not strictly timing D2 exercises... focusing on form and making the different exercises harder. Overall I'm making improvements on L4D3 but still not quite there yet.

I have the same approach to day 2. Don't know if it is an improvement to the way the program delineates, but it works for me. The levels can seem daunting, but its like eating an elephant. One little bite at a time...

Week 16:
L4D1: 27
L4D2: 8:00
L4D3: 4:45

Did this about a week ago and have not posted. Generally speaking, i've massively slowed down the frequency of my workouts as of late (general life business and hurricane).

Moving on to L5... hoping to pick up the consistency again.

Thx for the encouragement Moi! looks like ur workouts are going well yourself! You'll be at the late levels in no time im sure!

Week 17
L5D1: 17
L5D2: 10:00
L5D3: 8:27

1st week on week 5. For D1, I find it amazing how even 1 or 2 more reps can make it soooooo much harder! That and the 26 pull ups in L3 are a killer! i think im gonna be here a looooong time!
