Level 3 Day 3 16 Pull ups, 33 Press ups, 33 Squats
Week 3

2 minutes 15 seconds

Looking forward to a weeks rest my arms feel weak as kittens did a lot of Pull ups Wednesday night seems to have taken its toll on me.

16 Pull ups broke down like this 8/4/3/1
I normally feel fine around the 5-8 mark but I could really feel it as well I don't think it helped that I was swaying a lot and maybe I was compensating with strength to steady myself.

Push ups did the 33 straight off

Squats feeling a twinge in my left calf for a few weeks have to keep an eye on that.

In all I'm happy I'm moving on to level 4

Hey everyone had a week off early i was super ill on monday and tuesday spewing out of every hole not good so yesterday i did level 4

level 4 day 1 pull ups 2, push ups 4, squats 6

36 rounds

Arms felt loads stronger obviously the numbers are saying otherwise but my arms felt strong

Time = 3.03

Pull ups hard as always i think i need to drop earlier i dropped at 8 but i struggled really bad after that.
Push ups where awesome smashed them in one go
same with the squats

Wow is it cold today my hands nearly dropped off its raining, covered in mud and wet through

certainly hard level 5 that 3rd pull up killed me found the push ups and squats rather easy just my downfall is pull ups.

Forgot last week during level 4 it was snowing quite enjoying the different weathers but I'm glad I'm not a post man.

Starting to snow arrrrrgggghhh so cold

having trouble swaying on my chin ups when i get to the 3rd chin up my legs fling out so a lot of my strength goes on steadying myself but i think i might have cracked it on my last round i decided to look up at the bar rather than looking out onto land and it worked absolutely smashed them out no problem what so ever.

Anyone else have a problem with swaying what helped you?

Total = 4.26

Well I messed up at the start jumped up did 7 chin ups then realised I hadn't started the clock grrrr so I decided to go prepare my breakfast and give it 20 mins to recover.
Chin ups still my weakest point = 7,5,4,4,3,2,1
Press ups = 51 smashed them
Squats = 51 smashed them too

Bring it level 6

Hey cheers dude I read you journal/log a few times now and I see right at the beginning page 1 you did level 6 day 3 in 7 mins and then knocked off nearly 2 minutes the next week, my question is did you do any extra training? if so what did you do? I cant see myself getting under 5 mins next week that's why I ask.

Hi Browndog, I like the back to basics style of your training log on the wall - great!
You mentioned snow, are you in the UK? And how do you exercise outdoors in the inclement weather, do you do the routine with coat, hat, gloves, or warm up then drop the extra clothes and get-to-it?
