Starting to snow arrrrrgggghhh so cold
having trouble swaying on my chin ups when i get to the 3rd chin up my legs fling out so a lot of my strength goes on steadying myself but i think i might have cracked it on my last round i decided to look up at the bar rather than looking out onto land and it worked absolutely smashed them out no problem what so ever.
Anyone else have a problem with swaying what helped you?
