Week 8 (Week 3 of L2) ending on 07/02/13
L2D1: 29rds, L2D2: 07:00, L2D3: 05:19
Missed level completion by 19 seconds. Perhaps next week! My family has noticed the change in my body definition and are very surprised that the changes took only 8 weeks at 1.5hrs of exercise/week.

Great results! You should be on L3 very soon.

Week 9 (Week 4 of L2) ending 07/09/13
L2D1: 30rds, L2D2: 06:15, L2D3: 04:58
I barely beat 5mins on D3. The effort drained me out, could not talk for a min. That was almost cardio-like. I did two more rounds to make sure that I did as much exercise as I did on D1. Later, I found it harder to lift my arm to feed myself during dinner :). The strength wasn't there. There was no pain also.
Anyways, on to L3!
I still continued my practice of doing at least as many reps on D2 and D3 as I did on D1. I don't do any other exercise. I don't see much change in the weight. But I feel great and my family says I look better.

Week 11 (Week 2 of L3) ending 7/27/13
L3D1: 25rds, L3D2: 07:02, L3D3: 09:14
I had a long gap between D2 and D3 due to a lot of household chores, travel, and lack of sleep. It did show up as weakness on D3.

Week 12 (Week 3 of L3) ending 8/8/13
L3D1: 20rds, L3D2: 07:56, L3D3: 09:47
Huge drop in the performance. Seem to have lost muscle due to long gaps and low intensity. I had to push myself this week to complete the routine. I believe if I keep at it, eventually I will get out of this slump.

Week 13 (Week 4 of L3) ending 8/14/13
L3D1: 24rds, L3D2: 08:25, L3D3: 09:11
Improvement on D1 and D3 compared to last week. May be I stopped digging and started crawling back up!

Week 16 (Week 7 of L3) ending 9/02/13
L3D1: 28rds, L3D2: 06:23, L3D3: 06:06
significant improvement in the timings. On the judgement day, pull ups took 2:06, push ups took 2:40, and squats took 1:20. I still have hope that I can break the 5 min barrier while still doing pull up subs (48) using the band.

Week 17 (Week 8 of L3) ending 9/10/13
L3D1: 29rds, L3D2: 06:27, L3D3: 06:04
no improvement.

Week 18 (Week 9 of L3) ending 9/19/13
L3D1: 30rds, L3D2: 05:55, L3D3: 05:19
sudden improvement on all the days. On the judgement day, pull ups took 1:50 (16 sec improvement), push ups took 2:15 (25 sec improvement), and squats took 1:14. Now I believe I can break the 5 min barrier while still doing pull up subs (48) using the band.

Push up sets: 15, 5, 4, 4, 2, 1. Push ups are definitely where I need to improve. But the D1 and D2 are not helping improve this since they are fixed sets of 3 and 10.

Week 19 (Week 10 of L3) ending 9/26/13
L3D1: 31rds, L3D2: not sure, L3D3: 05:19
improved on D1 but the same on D3. On the judgement day, pull ups took 1:50, push ups took 2:20, and squats took 1:19.
Pull ups: 30, 10, 8
Push up sets: 18 (in 45seconds), 5, 5, 5.
Squats: continous
The only I can save 19 seconds is by not taking any breaks at all.
