Oh, and I would think you've actually taken five years off your age, unless there's something really wrong? :shock:

It's not my intention to take anything away from your outstanding effort, which is a lot more important than a few typos and stuff!

Did L4. Final Day was 7:20. The end of summer and beginning of school for the kids interfered with working out. I'm back on a schedule again.

Completed 2nd week of L4. D3 was 6:28. On to one more week of L4.

I managed six pullups in a row. Unfortunately, I was spent for the next 14 and had to take breaks - hence 6:28. I'll get there.
