L6D1 - 30 reps
The cooler weather helped a lot.
I also bought a barbell today. I don't have any safety pins (or is collars?) yet, so I didn't do anything with it (except dropping a plate.. oops) - but I guess the thought counts

L6D2 - 06:36
After reading SS, I realized that my squat form needed improving. With corrected form, I took more time, and I needed more air.
Added 3x5 presses, just to train the technique.

SS is invaluable!
I had the same reaction.

Yes, but before I start with SS, I seem to need a Squat Rack (or at the very least, a bench) - and that will have to wait, since I'm saving up for a motorbike right now. Christmas, maybe. Up till then, I'll use the barbell for my sunday workouts, and to supplement sf.

Little Fran: 22,5 kg barbell Thrusters/PUs 21-15-9

Increased the weight, which made quite a difference. Tolerable, though. Last time, the weight may have been too small.

L6D3 - 06:03
Pullups were 15-9-4-3-1
Pushups were 32-20-12
I hope the time is the result of improved squat form.

L6D1 - 28 rounds
I had a few rest days, apparently with too much French dessert and sweets.
I think the new Mon-Wed-Fri schedule is better than the old Tue-Thu-Sat one, though.

L6D2 - 07:10
Though my time was worse than last time, I felt that my form and strength had improved.
Added five sets of five deadlifts after that (46,5; 42,5; 36,5; 32,5; 26,5 kg). Boy, did I underestimate deadlifts! I'll definitely do them more often from now on...

17.07.08
Rest Day. I felt like working out, though, so:
5x5 Power Cleans
5x5 Presses
Each with 22,5; 24,5; 32,5; 32,5 and 36,5 kg.
18.07.08
L6D3 - 05:50
I tried to break up the reps in manageable parts. Either that or something else helped with the time.
Pull-Ups were 10-10-7-3-2
Push-Ups were 32-16-16

Right, I managed to beat my last result. That's something.

Thanks a lot! Now I'm blushing
When I progressed to L6, I was pretty cocky. So far, L6 is still grinning down at me. I intend to change that, though.
And the kind words on this forum are a big help, guys.

22.07.08
5x5 Squats
(26,5 - 32,5 - 42,5 - 42,5 - 42,5 kg)
5x5 Deadlifts
(32,5 - 42,5 - 52,5 - 52,5 - 52,5 kg)
I decided to go with the 5:2 split. I'll just see how it turns out.
