I really enjoyed this morning's workout! I was solid on the pull-ups, which was encouraging. Push-ups weren't too hard and squats quite easy.
Let's see what D3 has in store in two day's time!

Pull-ups: 7/3/2/1/1/1/1
Push-ups: 20/13
Squats: 33
Time: 06:00
As with D2, I was really chuffed with today's workout, especially the 7 straight pull-ups I achieved (viz a PR of 11). Unfortunately the last 3 were chins, but I'm confident that by next week I'll be able to do all 16 with neutral grips.
I am impressed with my time as well, as I've hoped to come in under 7 min's.

23 Rounds
So after four and a half months of absolute laziness, I decided that it's high time to get active again!
I started with L1 yesterday just to get slowly back into the swing of swings. I'm glad I started with L1, 'cause measured by the amount of pain I'm I'm in today, if I've started at a higher level, I wouldn't have been able to get out of bed this morning!

2min 15sec
I didn't sleep well last night and my muscles were still sore from the week's exercises, so my approach to D3 today was "apprehensive". I had a good idea I would crack 5min's and was glad that I did it in the time I posted.
On to L2 next week!

22 Rounds
I did not have any clear goals or expectations for today's work out, but just after starting with the exercise, i decided to aim for 25 rounds. 22 is therefor not too bad.
I must caution myself however of not pushing too hard, especially since this is only my second week back on SF after a four month lay-off. I am very injury prone and if I'm not careful, I might have to face another long lay-off even before I've started!

Today I experienced something that I do not often experience: after a D2 workout, I could actually feel it in my muscles, and it is a good feeling!
I'll be taking my two days off tomorrow and Friday and will be tackling D3 Saturday morning, hoping to break 5 min's.

Welcome back! That's a great start. Staying injury free is critical, so easing back into it is definitely the way to go. It will get really hard soon enough.

Pull-ups (13): 7/3/3
Push-ups: 26
Squats: 26
Time: 3:01
My goal today was to break 5min's and I had it in the back of my mind that I would be able to achieve that, so my relief was great when the clock showed that I did!
On to L3 next week, which will be a completely different kettle of fish...

20 Rounds
With it being a new level, I had no expectations for the number of rounds I would do. I am therefor satisfied with the 20 rounds, as it is considered to be the benchmark for a "good" D1.

L3D3 (Saturday)
Pull-ups (16) - 5/3/2/1/1/1/1/1/1
Push-ups (33) - 20/13
Squats (33) - 33
Time: 4:40
L1D1 (Today)
30 Rounds
Although I came in under 5 min's on D3, I'm gonna repeat L3 after my rest week. My form on pulls-ups were shocking and I struggled a lot. The last four or five I had to resort to chins, cause I just couldn't manage neutral grips any longer. It is a personal goal of mine to only level-up once I can do a D3 in under 5 min's, using only neutral grips (due to injury, I cannot do pull-ups).
So this week is a rest week and I'm back on L1. I managed 30 rounds, with just over two minutes to spare on the clock. I suppose I could have squeezed in another one or two rounds, but 30 was a nice round figure and it being a rest week and all, I called it a session
