L3D1
22 Rounds

Although I aimed for 25 rounds (which, in hindsight, was putting the bar a bit too high), I am nevertheless impressed with my the 22 rounds as it is an improvement on my previous D1.

Very nice workout. Concentrated on form a lot, as well as mixing the push-ups up a bit - normal, wide and diamond.

Great work! I find getting full-range of motion on the diamond push-ups particularly tough.

I totally agree with you. How difficult it might be though, I feel it is necessary to bring it into my routine, especially for extra definition and strength for the triceps.

L3D3
Pull-ups (16) - 6/3/2/1/1/1/1/1
Push-ups (33) - 20/13
Squats (33) - 33
Time: 4:11

My weekend's routine went for a bit of a loop, hence me only doing D3 today, as opposed to Saturday. As anticipated, I came in well below 5 min's, and a full 30 sec's faster than the previous L3D3 two weeks ago. My form on the pull-ups was also MUCH better, although I struggled a bit with the last two.

Push-ups and squats were par for the course.

All in all a very nice workout and it is with confidence that I move up to L4.

L4D1 (yesterday)
21 Rounds

A good start to L4 me thinks. My goal was to achieve 20 rounds, so needless to say that I'm happy with the 21 I managed.

L4D3
Pull-ups (20) - 7/4/2/2/2/1/1/1
Push-ups (41) - 20/11/10
Squats (41) - 41
Time: 6:54

I really did not know what time to expect, so I can't say that I'm overly disappointed with 6:54, although a little bit faster would have been nice.

The same number of rounds as last week, but despite that I feel that I had a much better work out. I can definitely feel it in my muscles.

Soooooooo, even from myself, I think a "Welcome back" would be in order!

I have lost count of how many times I have had a "start, stop, start, stop" "relationship with SF. Hopefully this time around me and my mistress will will get along for a while though.

Welcome back! I'm just back in as well. I think starting and stopping is OK. The important thing is keeping the motivation up.

15 Rounds

That xtra pull-up is a real b#tch!

Given my relatively low number of rounds on D1 in L1 & 2, I nevertheless cracked 5 mins on their respective D3's. I don't think however that I will be so fortunate with L3's D3 come Friday, but let's see....
