Pull-ups: 5/3/2/2/1/1/1/1 (1=chins, the rest neutral grip)
I didn't think I'll do D3 in under 5 minutes, but I'm nevertheless impressed with the time that I posted. I am also chuffed about the 5 pull-ups I managed in my first set. To me, the more pull-ups I can do in my first set on D3, is an indication of my progress, despite the fact that I did not come in under 5 minutes.
This week is a rest week for me - no SF. I'm doing some jogging every morning though to work a bit on my cardio.
