I'm new here but I've seen people have two approaches to "substitutions" - either progress up a few levels with subs, then drop back to lvl1 and do it fully again. I'm doing the latter (because I'm stubborn and am almost there, only pullups holding me back) and my girlfriend is doing the former (because she's a long, long way from doing a single pull-up). I don't think there is really a difference - "whatever works for you" is my approach.

L6D1 18 rounds did real pullups so a bit slower i will ache in morning
