L7 D3
6min 45 sec
40 pullups, 80 pushups 80 squats

So I am very happy about this time. I knocked 1 minute 10 seconds off and I cannot be happier. I was able to string together 30 pullups for my first set than 3,3,2,2 sets. For my pushups my arms were pretty smoked so I eaked out 35 pushups and did sets of 5 the rest of the way this was probably took up the most of my time. and then the squats I was able to do 45 before I was gasping and my legs filled up with lactic acid. I finished out my squats with 2 sets of 10 and a final one of 15. All and all it was a brutal workout and then I went on a 2.5 mile walk with the family, it was a great day. I hope all of yall great days also.

Wow, that's a great time and a 30 pull ip set is very impressive. Good work!

Thanks cole. I want to get to where I can string 50+ pullups together that would be pretty awesome. I suspect when I try to get to those numbers I will probably have to transition to a butterfly kip or something who knows.

Wow, excellent job! 30 pull-ups in a row?!? I can't even imaging that...I'm lucky if I can can get past 10-12 in a row!

So my pullups unless it is a strength day are kipping pullups. I am able to keep up with the strict pullups on the strength days so I guess my arms are still getting stronger even with the conditioning aspect of kipping pullups.

Ah, kipping pull ups make sense. That's still a huge amount of work though! I've always wanted to try those, but I've got a pull up bar that hangs on my door frame...don't think that'd work out too well :)

Yeah I have a fixed bolted to the wall pullup bar. http://www.studbarpullup.com/ One of the greatest pullup bars I have ever used. I also have one of the door frame pullup bars but have not used it with Simplefit yet. I have a garage that I dedicated to a gym so a whole bunch of equipment in there. Yeah kipping pullups are great but they probably took me 6 months to learn mostly because I wasn't dedicated to learning them. I love kipping pullups though you get a really good stretch in and still put in work.

L7 D1
10 rounds in 7 minutes
40 pullups, 80 pushups 120 squats

So I was not feeling this workout at all I was really tired and run down. So less than halfway through I just decided to go back upstairs. I rarely ever give up on a workout but I could not do it. So because of that I was pretty bummed out all day. I think if that happens again I will continue on regardless.

5/21/2014
L7 D1
26 rounds
104 pullups, 208 pushups 312 squats

Ok coming back from yesterday I feel relieved. I was thinking about this workout all day yesterday and woke up early so I would have a good warmup and it worked. I felt like my squats were pretty strong in the later rounds and so were my pullups. My pushups were a little slower but not to bad. I am gonna go home and try to get a run in and some isometric work. I hope yall have some great workouts and a great day! peace out

Your numbers are awesome. What I do in the whole week (including the additional rounds that I do), you are doing in one day. Simply outstanding. You are showing us what is possible. We will keep chugging on.

L7 D2
6min 27 sec
40 pullups, 120 pushups, 200 squats

Whew that was tough, my pullups were super strict and awesome this workout I loved it. When I was going through I noticed that my rounds were at about 1:20 to 1:15 so I was thinking that I was barely going to beat my previous time for this workout. I wound up shaving a minute off my previous time so can't be upset about that. my squats were really good this time no slowing down throughout the rounds. My pushups are hard but I am sure it's because of the pullups. I am looking forward to the Day 3 workout hopefully I can get closer to the 5 minute mark. After this week I cannot wait for my recuperation week which I will drop down to week 4. I hope everyone has some good workouts and a great weekend.

L7D3
6min 22 sec
40 pullups, 80 pushups, 80 squats

So I took off 23 seconds from my previous time. I am so ready for my rest week, I'm gonna drop back to LVL4. So I thought I was doing pretty good all of the exercises were better than last time. I just had to take my breathers which is what slowed me down. I hope all of yall have a great workout and weekend.
