Managed it in 5.21, shaved over a minute off last week! My pull ups weren't the greatest form at the end but adequate for D3 I think.
1) I havent managed to run any more since my first run, my life conspired to get in the way (when I say life I mean work mainly)
2) I spent all day saturday building a shed and was wiped out after.
3) I went out kitesurfing Sunday for the first time since I got my kit, this also wiped me out but great fun, if not hard (I say kite surfing but was mainly kite crashing lol!).
Hence, I could not manage my usual Monday workout so did it tonight.

Managed 17 reps again one more than last week using again horizontal body rows.
