L1D1 (Take it easy week): 34 rounds (PR +3)
30 + 30 second plank after.
I was going for 40, trying to do 10 every 5 minutes. I got to 20 at about 10:45 but slowed down a lot at this point. I was at thirty at the 18:20 mark ang pushed to do 4 more. Guess I still had some more in me and the fatigue was more mental than anything else. Looking at the numbers (34 pullups, 68 pushups and 102 squats) makes me really happy. :) Also, lowered the time on the planks in the name of dialling it down a bit this week. Does not feel like a 'take it easy' workout though. :)
