I'll try that when I'm done with this Cool RUnning thing. I've got too much blood sweat and tears invested in it.

Cool Running Couch to 5k
Level 4 Day 2
Walk 5min, jog 3min, walk 1.5min, jog 5min, walk 2.5min, jog 3min, walk 1.5min, jog 5min, RTB
RTB time 31:38, almost 3 complete laps of the neighborhood.

3 body rows, 3 pushups, 4 squats, repeat until 20 minutes or you die.
I got 24 rounds. Up 3 from last time, and more in line with what I've been doing.

I attempted to continue with Cool Running Level Four... but I just couldn't manage to jog for more than 3 minutes at a stretch.
I wound up robbing Peter to pay Paul on those 5 minute jogging stretches... tacking on the time that I needed to run to get my workout in.
I wound up doing 3 laps of my neighborhood in 30:59, and I still owe another minute and a half of running. To put that in perspective, I did 3 laps the other day in 31:38, so in total I'm still faster than I was last time.
I don't think I'm drinking NEARLY enough water. I got soooo dry.

W7 L2D2: 9 body rows 8 pushups 13 squats.
My goal was 5:00, close enough!

Running Log: Attempted Cool Running level 4 again... still couldn't do the whole 5 minutes jogging at a time thing, so I wound up having to rob peter to pay paul... but I did get in ALL the minutes of running I was supposed to do (16 minutes of running). I got it all in in just under 3 laps of the neighborhood. Time: 30:21. That means that not only did I come in faster than last time's 30:59, but I managed to do ALL the running, rather than being short a minute and a half's worth.
I thought I was going to walk into the house and DIE though.

W7 L2D3 39 body rows 26 pushups, 26 squats
I bought some pushup grips. I thought they would make it easier to do pushups. Turns out they make it more comfortable on the hands, but HARDER to do them. So that has slowed me down. On the upside, though, my body rows went faster, and I think the elevation on the pushup grips is going to do me some good. :)

Holding sorta steady here... my numbers have gone down since the addition of the pushup grips.
