L4D2: 10.35 min ( everything felt hard today :( )
I went through a coupld of those days a few weeks ago where the first rep makes you want to skip the whole workout.
I consider those mental workout days where I face up to the fact that not every work out is going to be a good one and just do my best and push through it to the next one.
I think one of the problems people don't stick with fitness regiments is the inability to overcome these mental workout days. Good job on stickin git out.
