Hey Bri3626 and thanks.. :)

No, on day 1 I do regular pushups. I only do one arm pushups on day 3 ( day 6) of the advanced body weight workout.

But this month, I will be doing day 1 from each of the 3 workout described by kevin the first week, then moving on to all day 2 and so on..

But hey, it might be a cool workout to do 20 minutes of the following round, alternating between left and right every new round:

1 one arm pullups
2 one arm pushups
3 one leg squat

Not that I am able to do it.. I don't see the one arm pullup happening for me in the near future

Man if you could do that you would be way beyond fitness heh.

I'd like to progress to the one-arm pushups. That's been something I've always wanted to do.

I was doing some of the Pavel Pavelovich stuff before I found Crossfit and Simplefit. Every once in a while I do a GTG and everytime I hit my stairs I do one arm pushups and basically I just lower the angle as I get better. Haven't done that in some time but hopefully if I get on the second workout I might be able to incorporate it.

Some day heh...

hey Bri3626

I think lowering the angle is the right way to go with the one arm.. that and getting the balance point just right..

the balance was the tricky part for me anyway..

L4D7: 11.12 ( time is including pauses. no timed pauses. Dips felt easier but I still have to use one leg for support/balance.)

I went through a coupld of those days a few weeks ago where the first rep makes you want to skip the whole workout.

I consider those mental workout days where I face up to the fact that not every work out is going to be a good one and just do my best and push through it to the next one.

I think one of the problems people don't stick with fitness regiments is the inability to overcome these mental workout days. Good job on stickin git out.

L4D9: 16.43 min ( The first set of pullups were hard due to insuffient warmup, the rest went ok. HSPU went well today, much better form. And did 9 one legged squat in a row on each leg. So thats one goal obtained! :) )

L4D3: 8.49 min ( pushups were hard after pullups. The pullups really drained my energy.)

Not anywhere near the 5 min mark but I am trying a diferent approach and will continue to level up as long as I am below 20 min mark on day 3. The remaining of the week is rest week. I will try some running and do the level one workout.
