Okay, so I went ahead onto L4 anyway. I'll try the intermediates later - want to try and stay on the program for now. So, then...

8/10/08
Ran/walked 2 sets of 90/90, then 3 min/3 mins.

8/11-12/08
Rest days.

8/13/08

So, I'm back.

Last month or so has been insane crazy at work, so exercise has been catch-as-catch-can. Eating craft service food on the set, working from 7 AM to 9 PM most days, and generally stressing out. There've been a few workouts here and there, but I haven't logged anything in ages. So, I'll start over.

Today, it was back to running - 2 reps of 90/90, 3 minutes/3 minutes running/walking.

Tomorrow, L1D1. Again.

Ran/walked 5/3/5/3/5 minutes. New baby sleeping schedule has kept me out of the room where the pullup bar is - hope to get back to L3D1 tomorrow.

L3D1: 20 rounds in 17 minutes.

Hit 20 rounds, and just totally gassed out. Been feeling a little under the weather the past few days, must be it. Oh well.

Over whatever little bug was rocketing through my system. As a reward/punishment for getting through, I jumped up to L4 tonight, see how that flies this week. So:

L4D1: 19 rounds

Took it ever so slightly easy on myself - could have pushed harder, but didn't want to take chances on a resurgence of The Badness.

Ran 8 minutes, walked 5 minutes, ran 8 more, while listening to the debates. Should have listened to The Who instead.
