So, I'm back.
Last month or so has been insane crazy at work, so exercise has been catch-as-catch-can. Eating craft service food on the set, working from 7 AM to 9 PM most days, and generally stressing out. There've been a few workouts here and there, but I haven't logged anything in ages. So, I'll start over.
Today, it was back to running - 2 reps of 90/90, 3 minutes/3 minutes running/walking.
Tomorrow, L1D1. Again.
