Hey everyone

i'm 14 years old 135 lbs, and 5' 10" tall
I hav been trainin parkour for about 2 months now. For those who dont know what it is, its the practice of getting from point A to point B as quickly and efficiently as possible... also just look on youtube :o

5-6 days a week i train and condition, roughly around 2-3 hours a day. and on off days i do balance and precisions for an hour. (you'll find out what they are if you search some videos) I want to do this to see where i am and what i need to improve, since i just workout not knowing how strong that muscle group is.

GOALS:
do 1 unassisted muscle-up~~DONE
run 5k(3.1miles) in under 18 mins
100 consecutive pushups
1 hand stand pushup without wall
walk 25m on hands
15 standing evil-wheels
a 6-pack
increase my standing long jump 6"

was being bitten alive but still able to finish

WEEK 1
L4D1- ~36 rounds

i could be off by one/two either way.i got an important phone call at minute 12 that i had to answer, but it was a very good rest

i finished off the day with a dips tabata (sp?) on the parallel bars and got 8-6-6-4-3-3-2-3 and then did jump precisions. if im right for tabata's you do 20 secs. of as many dips(in this case) as you can, rest for 10 secs. and repeat that 7 more times, right? and is there such thing as a dips tabata? lol

WEEK 1
L4D2-
round 1~ 48
round 2~ 48.5
round 3~ 44.7
round 4~ 44.9
round 5~ 36.6 (was flying threw the pushups and squats)

i took about a 20 second rest between each round
so total was about 5mins and 3 seconds.

afterwards i did some muscle-up negatives, then tried out some inverted pull-ups, which ended badly because "apparently" my brother thought it would be funny if he shot me with his airsoft gun while i was upside down. now i hav a really sore neck and chicken pox on the left side of my body....

Don't include your rest time in your total time.

Your time, according to the rules of SF, is about 2'56"

Here is the official explanation:
Do 2 pull-ups, then 6 push-ups, and finally 10 squats to complete one round. See how quickly you can complete each of the 5 rounds, resting approximately 3 minutes between each round. Do not count the rest time in your total time.

D3 is the day you go all out for your best time with least rest.

Can you explain what you mean by "one arm at a time"? Because I don't think you mean that you were doing 1-armed muscle-ups. If you were, please post video! :D

no no no, when doing the transition between the pull up and dip, i could only bring one arm up over the bar, one arm at a time, instead of bringing both up at the same time.

Quadrupedal Movement. its basically moving like a monkey but closer to the ground.at first it may seem very easy but if done right it can really be a workout.

its great for warming up and conditioning. mostly ppl who practice and train parkour/freerunning use it. its especially effective when your doing it on the stairs, or near obstacles.
