L5D1- 34 rounds
also did 2 sets of 12 dips, 5 sets of 5 L-Pull-ups, and did 2 sets of body rows.

cant do the rest of L5 this week. was with my gf yesterday, paintball today and then paintball tomorrow so ima restart L5 on monday and get back on a workout routine again.

yesterday i did L5D1 and got 35 rounds.
today i played tenis for the first time in months, it was kinda fun
