Mon 27th Oct.

Rest Week.

Dropped down 2 levels for the rest week.

L3D1: 38 rounds, 7 rounds better than my previous L3D1 attempt :D .

Will use D2 to concentrate on form and strength.

Update:

Wed 29th Oct. L3D2
untimed. Deadhang pullups with 10kg, push ups very slow, could really feel it in the tri's, squats 15kg.

Fri 31st Oct. L3D3. 3m14s About 30sec better than the last time.
