That's a great view that I'll try to keep in mind to motivate me towards full pullups!!
You've got the rest of your life to get a pullup!
Keep the focus and consistency and it'll come sooner than later.

Real piece of cake today. Now for a little mountain biking for cardio!

I wasn't able to get out biking yesterday so I went today. Brutal! It's late fall in Chicago. Windy and cold! I did 25 miles. It's 34 F with 16-22 mph wind. Not fun. But these kind of days make others easier.

Got 6 full pullups in. 1/2 way through 7 had to switch to subs for last 4. Level 2 is looking more realistic. As soon as I can make it 100 % through L1D1 with no subs I'll move up.

D1 should have been yesterday, Thursday, but had to get a hip injection and the doc said to take it easy. So did D1 today but took it easy. Hip feels much better now so the squats were much easier.

Winter is setting in Chicago so I did 30 minutes of elliptical instead of biking outside.

No problems today. Went to the gym and did 30 minutes on the elliptical.
Went to The Nightwatchman concert last night then came home and bought two CDs on iTunes. Great music to workout to.

I had a forced 1 week break from Simplefit. I had to travel for the holidays.
So today got back to it. I was getting bored with L1 but I want to stick with it until I can complete the whole thing with no subs for pullups. Today I added a twist to D1. In between the pushups and squats I added 2 kneeling evil wheels. I was able to complete all of modified D1 with no subs. So kind of a milestone today.

Made it! First week with no pull-up subs!
I felt sore from Thursdays workout. After simplefit, I tried 1 Tabata pushups and 1 Tabata squats. I lost count on the squats. They felt easy but later legs felt it.
These definitely left me feeling sore!!!

Congrats on the pullups!
Nice Tabata work!

Bumped up to Level 2 today.
Adding push-ups and squats on L2D1 is inconsequential. We'll see what happens with the additional pullups on subsequent days. Should be interesting.

Didn't specify on the previous post, no pull-up subs.
