Wow, just looked out the window! Time to go out and shovel more snow. Monday is the only day in the last 5 where I haven't had to shovel. Sheeesh!

Very pleased with simplefit so far. I had a mini-class reunion with some friends I hadn't seen in 29 years since graduation day. They said, "Wow, Bill.
You're still in great shape!"

23 rounds. Man, this stuff doesn't get any easier!

Here's a word of encouragement to those working on the pull-ups. I started with subs now pullups are easy. Just be patient. If you do this program they'll come.
I did as a rest day Level 1 D3 on Saturday, 10 straight pullups no breaks. Keep at it everybody!
