Realized I made a mistake on Saturday's L4D3 report. I did the pullups as rx'd for L4D3 as below:
Pullups were 4-4-4-4-2-2

I'm off this week from SF but still continuing with the 2009 Pushup/pullup challenge.

I'm finding that the pull-up part of this is easier than the pushups! I find I start maxing out on the pushups around 40-45. If I stop for just 5-10s I can hit right back into it. So I'm wondering if its a mental thing.

Rats! I should have listened better to my body. Tweaked my shoulder. Not sure how badly yet but I'm thinking it's going to need rest.

Alrighty! Jumped back up on the horse today.

Injured my shoulder last week Wednesday. I think just a strain. I took 9 days off and started back at it today. I think the pushup/pullup challenge is retired for this year, ha.

Easy 21 rounds.
20 minutes bike trainer.

We'll take it easy for a bit here and see what happens.
