Pull-ups: 5-5-6 Negative splits!!
Pushups: 33
Squats: 33

Took an extra day inbetween Day 2 and Day 3. Felt a slight twinge in opposite shoulder. But no issues yesterday or today. I'm going to stay at L3 next week just to acclimate and then make the jump back to L4.

Feeling good again.
4:42 slower because I was at the gym using one of those assisted pull-up/dip machines. I did them unassisted but it takes longer to jump off than a door gym, ha!

Work schedule and stress is killing the motivation to exercise and leading to bad eating habits as well. Back on the wagon AGAIN. I gotta push through this tough spell.
