OK, so as expected I got my ass kicked by level three already. At least I saw it coming I guess. D1 I felt good about until about round 8. Then I struggled through to round 11 without going to subs for the chin-ups. At the point that the subs started I knew for sure I'd be posting a pretty low number of rounds. Amazing the difference in 3 vs 6 body rows in terms of burning out your arms!

Just a quick question. Is there anything wrong with doing the chin-ups in singles? I think the answer is no but I thought I'd throw it out there in case you're not supposed to. I'd like to do multiples but want to give my elbows a chance to survive, so I've been doing singles in neutral grip which has allowed me to keep doing chin-ups and still be able to use my arms.
