I tried my first work-out from the Simplefit site.
I did the 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats in twenty minutes. All of my pull-ups after the first three were jumping pull-ups, which really felt like cheating. I got in 11 rounds with several periods of panting rest.
But it was a start.
Next week I head up to Syracuse for their foundations course and while visiting my girlfriend late this weekend, early next week, I should be able to visit Albany's crossfit gym for my first CF experience, sure to be a rude awakening.
