This was too easy. I will finish the level one workouts and move to level 3 next week. I moved from the number 5 resistance band to the number 3. Looking foward to doing without them altogether. Need to lose about 40 to 50 lbs.

Used #4 & 5 band for the pull ups, which given the time, was definately cheating. Level 2 next week with smaller bands.

L2D2 28Mar2007 I didn't where my heart rate monitor for this one and didn't exactly time myself, but it took aproximately 45-50 second to complete each round with timed 3 minute rest periods. So I put myself down for 4min 10sec using number 3 woody band to assist my pull-ups.

had to use the #4 woody band for the pull-ups. I was doing intermittent pull-ups and ring push-ups throughout the day yesterday otherwise I think I could have used the #3 band.

Did these with jumping pull-ups. Next time I'll lenthen the negative part of the pull-up.

I think the best part of watching your progress is the rapid return on heartrate. Have you considered tracking your resting HR when you wake in the morn? I've read in several places that a rise in this a great indicator of when you need to take a break.
