Starting my second round but my first go
L1D1 Sub Pull up

L1D2 Sub Pull up

I am heavy for my size and will give it a go.
5'6" 225 ish

I was worried I would not be able to take the workout on the raod as I travel, just bought myself a metal bar that fits into the suitcase. Should work for modified pull ups. Put it between two chairs.

with having to loose alot of weight and not wanting to overdue it, Does anyone do cardio on the days off?
I am trying for 30 min. Swim, elliptiacal, whatever, but 30 min at a good hHR.

IMO - just do the plan for at least a month. If you want to lose weight, check your diet.

I was 245 when I started SF a year and half ago (dang! time flies!!!) and after about 10 months of SF and Crossfit, I weighed 250. I went to a Crossfit certification and got serious about the diet. The before and after pics are here and here.

Got the Flu over Christmas but tried to stay with it.
When you miss a day do you skip it and go to the next or?

Felt bad after this weeks WO's was not feeling to good. Maybe overdid it as I am on a elliptical on the off days.

Holidays first two weeks of Feb. California theme parks are expensive but we had a great time.

Ever though I had a little under two month in, I know it made a difference at the parks, I seems to have more energy.

I just skip it. Otherwise, you'll forever be trying to catch up.
