Day 3

Well, we did L1D3 today. Woo boy, those 30 bar pull-up things were ugly (could partially be due to the birthday dinner and birthday cake we had last night.)

  • Me: 2:46 Hubby: 1:39 (he did 28 pull-up subs)
We did some aerobics before hand. I walked/ran for an hour and he biked and did 2 sets of 3 super sets (ball crunches, ball roll-outs, and cross body mountain climbers.)

Post your workouts to one thread - i.e. reply to this topic with your next workout. That way you can see your progress in one post.


Are y'all competing with each other at all? Can be fun!
