Good work! This is the exact way to work into it. Make sure you don't increase the amount you run by more then 10% per week. You can easily hurt yourself when first starting out running. (or any exercise program for that matter!)

Thanks for all you guys support! I have a profile on another site and do not get this kind of response or support there! I am hoping to do thing right and slowly and not burnout! I finished my day 2 of level 4 in 5:43. Was reallyy tired! not been sleeping goodm been getting to bed ant 11;30 or 12 and waking up at like 5:30 or 6 for some reason. I dont have to be at work til
9:00!

yes I had one a couple weeks back. I was sick and fighting whatever i had. So I didnt even workout at all.

Ran tonight! Well mostly walking with burst of runing! Repeat as the onther night! Taking it easy and hoping for the best!

WOW! 60 frikking body rows is a bitch!lol! Fininshed L4 D3 in 7:27! Really crappy! O'well cant win them all!

OMG! Level 4 is killing me! I repeted level 4 day 1 tonight! I got 29 rds versus last weeks 26! So I got some improvement! Hoping that the running will help! Really wanna be in some good shape on my 35th b-day in aug!

Yikes!!! Well jumped up my jogging program. It was pretty scary too. It dumped about 6 inches of snow on us this weekend. So it was alittle shaky. I uped it too 5 min. walking 3 min. jogging 5 min. walking 3 min jogging 5 min walking. Slowly but surely working my way up!

Alrighty then! LOL! Level 4 day 2! Well only knocked off about 10 sec. off my time. Got 5.34! not much improvement! Hopefully beat the 5 min on friday!

Whewww who!! Knocked like a minute off of Levl4 day 3! I think maybe running is helping! BTW been using Insulin resistance diet! Basically been eaten a ballanced as i can without going over 30 grams per meal from starchy carbs, dont count carbs in beans, veggies dairy and such. And some fruit. BUt I finished it in 6:16! Hopefully next week! Woulld feel much better if i could get some real pull ups!

I almost forgot! I also did my running tonight! Ouch SF and jogging in same day!! LOL! Walked 5 min, jogged 3 ,walked 5 ,jogged 3 and finshed with 3 min of walking ! Then a slow walk for a min or two and some stretching!
