Frik! Frik! Sick again! Got a awful cold and sore throat! Well it has been atleats a few weeks! Maybe take my rest week a week early! If I get feeling better, maybe I ll still run and just do some push ups and crunches! Plus I ve been getting the itch to star lifting again! Anyone have any good routines! I have been eye balling stronglifts!
