ok so here i go. Day one. the first step Im my opinion the easiest one. I went to the gym today instead of working at home. I hit my chest and arms pretty hard. Emotionally i feel motivated and pumped. Strength wise, not so good. I did see a slight decline in my chest strength but seemed to find that my triceps and biceps are stronger. just got a set of SportBlock 5.5's and they seem awesome. I will start woking out with them soon. Supplements right now is just creatine becasue i am too poor for my monthly protien. Just trying to eat a lot of food.
