I use the timer at Speedbag Forum. It doesn't save your times like chronme.com, but it can count down or up, it lets you have a countdown to the start of your workout, and it can do intervals. Once you have the timer set up the way you like, you can save the setting. I've got Tabata, Day 1 and Day 3 saved there. I am very happy with it.

Nike also makes some nice watches that can time a Hard/Easy interval.

I have the Torque.

All of these have the interval timer:
RATCHET
OREGON SERIES SQUARE DIGITAL
HAMMER
ANVIL
SLEDGE
TRIAX C10
TRIAX V10
BLADE
etc.

I liked speedbag's timer. Can't wait to try it for D1L4
