I haven't been doing SF recently
I had been doing British Military Fitness workouts in the mornings. 45mins of pushups, situps, burpees, sprints etc. But then I was in South Africa for 3 weeks and work got really busy so I had about 2 months off
I'm back on BMF now but really need to work on situps (so bad at them!).
I'm thinking about doing SF but switching pushups (I get these on BMF) for situps and do it on my "off" days. However, the way things are looking work-wise I don't think I can get to this until new year.
