My weekend's routine went for a bit of a loop, hence me only doing D3 today, as opposed to Saturday. As anticipated, I came in well below 5 min's, and a full 30 sec's faster than the previous L3D3 two weeks ago. My form on the pull-ups was also MUCH better, although I struggled a bit with the last two.
Push-ups and squats were par for the course.
All in all a very nice workout and it is with confidence that I move up to L4.
