Had to go out of town for work through the weekend and wimped out of bringing my pull-up bar with me... Didn't complete level 3, day 3. Instead. opted to repeat level 3 again this week.

Day 1, Level 3 - Monday January 25

Completed 19 rounds in 19:58.

Day 3, Level 3 - Saturday January 30

Completed in 5:01!!!! But it nearly killed me - I'm still panting nearly 5 minutes after! ACK... I might repeat level 3 again anyway -- some of my form on my pull-ups and squats weren't bang on as I was pushing for time more than form. And I -BARELY- squeaked by.

... That and Level 4 scares the crap out of me.

pull-ups: 8/4/2/2
Push-ups: 20/7/5
Squats: 20/13

Completed in 6:30 not including rest time. Focused on slow movements with good form. Made completing harder.

Took a few weeks off due to travel. Came back and through I'd see where I was at - was able to completet level 3 (barely) so on to level 4...

Great job!

Did you do full pullups, or did you have do do any substitute sets? Did you have to rest and restart?

I can only do 4 chinups in a row, and that's not enough for me to break the 5 minute mark to go up to level IV.

Hey Dave,

I do full pull-ups, but I sometimes alternate my grip when I change sets. To complete level 3 I did:

Pullups: 10, 3, 3
Pushups: 20, 7, 6
Squats: 20, 13
