Completed in 4:23!! SQUASHED IT!!!!!!!

(I do feel a little guilty though - you need to push the clock so hard to get in so many reps that I know my form isn't prime for each rep... expecially the pullups. Oh well, c'est la vie)

Bring it level 5!

Thanks for the encouragement, all!! I can tell you that level 5 was a big step up and kicked my ass today!!! Wow.

Day 1, Level 5 - Friday May 7

Completed 15 rounds in 20:00

This one absolutely kicked my ass.

Completed in 7:30 not including rest time.

It was tough. I felt slightly nausious afterwards. Not sure why.

I think I met my match with Level 5. Wow. Hard stuff.

Felt nautious again afteer completing. Level 5 might be too much for me. Going to try and drop to level 3 to take some time off.
