I followed my workout buddy (skullies) to simplefit. Figured I'd start up a log as well. I'm in a bit of a predicament. I'm on level 4 with the pull ups, level 8 with the push ups and level 2-3 with the squats (bad knees). Not really sure as to how I should go at it... any advice?
Welcome! When I test myself, I start at the level that works to improve my weakest point (normally pull ups) in your case that might be squats. However if you have legitimate bad knees, you might want to go easy on the squats, if not forgo them all together. Might want to check with a Dr before hitting it hard.
Yeah, I'd say go ahead and stay away from squats of any kind. Its really not worth the risk at all. Replace them with sit ups, maybe.fpw8223 wrote:Sounds like a plan. My knees are gone.
