Oh, I'll take every precaution possible not to let that flare up again. The pain was something else!

Week 12 - Mon 7th Dec

L4D1 : 33 rounds
L4D2 : 05:36
L4D3 : 04:32

And another 3x 5k runs (run on same day as workout)

#1 : 27:48
#2 : 26:58 (New peronal best *GRIN*)
#3 : 28:45

Onwards and upwards.. Level 5 this week. *gulp!* I expect to be on this level for quite a few weeks.
