It's my first day trying this out. I'm pretty fit compared to some people I know, but I thought I would start at L1D1 and see how it went.
A big problem I had was the lack of a place to do the pull-ups. I thought I had a place in a door frame, but the creaking and cracking made me decide against it. I did 5 crunches in place of a pull-up, which may have been overdoing it. I also lost my train of thought doing the push-ups a couple of times and ended up doing three a couple of times, once doing five.
Anyhow, 22 reps in 20 min 4 sec.
I think I'll finish this week at L1, then see how L2 treats me next week.
