On Saturday (6/5), did L4D3 in 7:41. Another personal best.

22 rounds (barely). No subs for chinups in the first four rounds

L4D2 (6/9)
4 chinups, 12 pushups, 20 squats

3-1 chinups, 12 pushups, 20 squats
3-1 chinups, 12 pushups, 20 squats

L4D3 (6/11) - 7:20 (PR)

Breathing pretty hard at the end, but felt good.

Back to level 2 for a week.

L4D1 (6/23)
19 Rounds. Actually did 24 total; had 5 good rounds but was interrupted with "family matters", and started from scratch after a 5 minute break. I lost momentum, and I was also losing count of pushups, sometimes catching myself doing 6 instead of 4. Still, it was a good workout

L4D2 (6/25) - 6:33
4 chinups, 12 pushups, 20 squats

I was sick the last couple of days and felt weak today, but still managed a personal best. Possibly due to extra weight loss since I didn't feel like eating. First time doing 7 chinups in a row.

No chinup subs for the first 7 or 8 rounds.
I was 6 squats short of 24 rounds, which makes me think reporting 24 a couple of weeks ago may have been a miscount or mistake. I can't do them much faster than I am now.

L4D2 (8/12) - Did not track time

L4D3 (8/15) - 5:40 (PR)
chinups: 7-2-2-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1
pushups: 41
squats: 41

I have lost about 8 lbs in the last 4-6 weeks. It definitely makes a difference with chin ups.
Back to level 2 for one week.

I've been fighting a Brohchial infection the last few days, so I took it slow and didn't push myself. I took extra breaks when I felt I was breathing too hard.

Back to level 2 for a week, but I may have to wait an extra day or two until I feel better.
