Total - 4.55.6 Not as fast as last time I tried this but a great/hard work out.

5.43.0 NEW PR Best time at level 4. First D3 in 4 or 5 weeks so not too shabby at all.

Back on track after my snowboarding and cold so far.

Set timer for 35 reps to beat the previous week. Failed lol!

I had to stop at 20, I nearly puked.

I ended up missing the rest of the weeks workout from illness/sore back.

28/2/2011 L4 D1 Week 61

I did 25 reps, slowed right down and focussed on technique again. I have done this on other levels before to keep the quality of form. I messed around on some of the pull ups and push ups stopping mid rep and starting again and doing them super slow etc.

I feel good today with a nice dull ache as much as if I had gone hell for leather. But, ultimately good to know that I can perform at this level successfully with slow extremely good form. :D :D

4.55! LEVEL UP

Close call but satisfied the form was good!

Several points to note:
- managed 10 pull ups in a row and could have probably done 2 more to failure.
- I am now past mid point in SimplFit in just over a year from no pull ups at all! Woah!!
- crapping myself about level 5 lol!! :D

Congrats on your progress!
Don't worry about being just under the five minute mark. If the "real" threshold for leveling up was, say, 4:30, it would say so in the rules. You beat Day 3. No doubt about it.

20 rounds - Wasn't sure how hard this would be so only aimed for 20. Bit achey today, even though this is less overall reps than some of my Level 4 D1's it definitely made a difference with the extra pull up on each round.

Great start to level 5 though, even if I am still dreading D3 work out.

Very tough push ups smoked me! Pull ups not as bad as I would have thought!!

All round I am pleased with my Level 5 results so far!!

21 rounds, again work schedule meant I did this late I was tired and made the later rounds tough! I aimed for 22, but I had to miss a round at 16 to get extra rest.

Normally I go hard at a lower level (defeating the objective of rest week lol), this time I played around alternating Pull ups and Chin ups and cycling narrow, normal and wide push ups.

I have not posted in a long time, I have been doing SimpleFit sporadically since my last log post. I am attempting to get back on track and I will follow with a long list of the workouts I have managed to not miss.

29/03/2011 L5 D1 Week 64 = 22 Rounds

01/04/2011 L5 D2 Week 64 = 5.11 NEW PR

04/04/2011 L5 D1 Week 65 = 20 Rounds

07/04/2011 L5 D2 Week 65 = 5.15.2

12/04/2011 L5 D1 Week 66 = 22 Rounds

14/04/2011 L5 D2 Week 66 = Un Timed

Week 67 = NOT DONE - start of a cold I think :(

26/04/2011 L5 D1 Week 68 = 16 Rounds - still coldy :(

03/05/2011 L3 D1 Week 69 = 26 Rounds + 1 Round @ L5 (attempting to ease myself back in) :oops:

09/05/2011 L5 D1 Week 70 = 20 Rounds + 5 Chin Ups + 10 Dips. :wink: :!:

I am hoping to have kicked my lull and carry on again now! I am almost back where I was on D1 22 is my PR so I will see how I get on with D2. I really have to D3 I haven't done a D3 for ages!
