1/11/2010 - L2 D1 - Week 44 - REST WEEK: 25 Rounds (Still feeling rough and thought a rest week was needed)
3/11/2010 - L2 D2 - Week 44: Un-timed. Focussing on slow deliberate form and tweaked my push up technique based on Cheapos' post.
5/11/2010 - L2 D3 - Week 44: 3.19.2 Focussing on form again.
8/11/2010 - L4 D1 - Week 45: 27 Rounds, Great Form - Very Hard work!! :shock:
10/11/2010 - L4 D2 - Week 45: Un-timed, Great Form.
12/10/2010 - L4 D3 - Week 45: Not Done, Got my new Kettlebell and dumb bells soo tried them out.
15/11/2010 - L4 D1 - Week 46: 25 Rounds (Alternating Chins and Pulls) Really tired today and some of the muscles in my shoulders hurt from kettlebelling! :lol:
Struggling at the moment to keep my focus hence the kettle bell to mix things up a bit and the massive post to get me back on track logging.
I cant face the Day 3 work out either I find it really tough. I will give it shot this week and hopefully get on OK.
